Terra Intelvi is our family apartment in the hills of Valle d'Intelvi, halfway between Lake Como and Lake Lugano. Mornings here start with birdsong and mountain air. Evenings end on the sofa after a day of lakes, trails and long lunches.
It's not a hotel. It's a real home, cared for and quietly comfortable, with everything a family of four needs to settle in for a week or more.
The valley sits quietly above both lakes. Close enough for a morning swim in one and an evening stroll along the other, yet far enough to keep the crowds away.
Incredible apartments on Lake Como, a real earthly paradise. What strikes me most is our host, extremely kind and attentive, creating an atmosphere of genuine family comfort. The apartments are very comfortable and the bed is a true delight, extremely soft, offering perfect rest after an intense day. And of course, the breathtaking panoramas of Lake Como. Mountains, water and nature, like a painting, make the morning here truly magical.
Waking up to mountain views, coffee on the balcony, then down to Lake Como in fifteen minutes. The apartment is even lovelier than the photos.
Spacious, spotless and genuinely homey. The kids loved the spiral staircase; we loved the quiet. Two lakes in one holiday. Perfect.
